There have been CIA officers with “official covers” as Attorney General and FBI Director in every Presidential administration since George W. Bush.Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Secretary of State Antony Blinken are CIA officers with “official covers” in the Biden administration. Biden, himself, has been a CIA “asset” targeted for the Presidency since 1984.CIA officers also use “official covers” to gather intelligence and conduct operations targeting the White House, where they are assigned to “components associated intimately with the immediate office of the President.” CIA officers at the White House also use “official covers” as “secretaries, clerical employees, couriers, and telephone operators.”And that is just the tip of the iceberg.
